Hi,

I am new user and I have a stack of TIFF images generated by neutron computed tomography.
I wonder if I can segment and label different components of the 3D structure and further quantify the vloume of them separately with ParaView.

Thanks for help.

Please share your data, you also want to take a look at slicer I think: [https://www.slicer.org/](https://www.slicer.org/)

Hi Mathieu,
Thank you for your reply. How do you prefer to share the data? Should I send you a link for the data?
Best Regards,

Thank you. Then I will try with 3D slicer.
