# An error occured when I open a .pvtr file

ERROR: In /builds/gitlab-kitware-sciviz-ci/build/superbuild/paraview/src/VTK/IO/XML/vtkXMLPStructuredDataReader.cxx, line 269  
vtkXMLPRectilinearGridReader (0x15c8dbb0): Piece 0 has invalid Extent.

And my dataset is followed.

Hi @xiaowang119 ,

Your data is incomplete, it misses the rho00100000-0.vtr companion file.
