# Can we implement a determinate progress bar which will show the accurate percentage of the file uploading in glance?

I am trying to implement a progress bar which will show the accurate percentage of the file uploaded but i am not able to find a solution how we can add a detereminate progress bar with accurate percentage.

I’m assuming by “upload” you mean downloading a dataset to visualize in Glance, since [somebody else asked the same question](https://github.com/Kitware/glance/issues/441) on the issue tracker. If so, then that feature now exists in Glance as of yesterday. (See the link.)
