# Composite dataset without MPI?

Is it possible to build a composite dataset if paraview is not built with MPI but I’m still calling catalyst from multiple processes and having each rank output to a separate directory?

I tried doing that, but only one of the blocks in the datasets seem to have any data, the rest are empty.
