# delaunay surface

Hello, I created delaunay from a 2D points data. The points in the file has a gap but when I select surface in delaunay plot, it creates a surface over the missing points as well. Picture 1 is how should the surface look like and picture 2 is how it actually looks?  
Can you please guide what to do?
