# Dres crash

It looks like Dres is unable to test and sometimes even fails to report anything.

I just looked and dres continues to run into the problem described here: [Reducing wait time of testing request](https://discourse.paraview.org/t/reducing-wait-time-of-testing-request/2364/5)

I have reapplied the fix mentioned there, thought that seems to not be a permanent solution.
