# Error importing .pvd file with associated .vtr files.

Hi,

I have a very simple .pvd file with only two associated .vtr files (attached), but when I try to import the .pvd file I get a number of errors:

The individual .vtr files plot just fine, and the .pvd file appears to match the formatting described in the wiki:

I have attached the error file too. Any ideas how I can troubleshoot this?

Your .pvd file was containing incomplete filenames, here is a corrected version:  
[modelFiles001\_head.pvd](https://discourse.paraview.org/uploads/short-url/kwijD3UvVKY12HxV0sn9nkcKFzM.pvd) (390 Bytes)

The segfault should not happen though, fix incoming:
