# export data to raw

Hello,

I have been working on a data set (paraview 5.9) and now I want to export the data with my modifications to a raw file. How can I do this in paraview?

If you have no problem with a _compressed raw_ (\*.zraw), you can output the image data as a raw file by going to **File** \> **Save Data…** and setting the **Files of type** to **Meta Image Files (\*.mhd)**.
