# Global option for font family

In my experience, if one desires to change the font family from the default setting which, in my Linux system, says “Arial” but doesn’t look like it at all, it is necessary to specify the new font component by component by editing each time the font family within the filter properties.

I think it would be very useful to select the font family once for all for a given Paraview session using a global parameter.
