Could someone please help me figure out how to calculate OSI? I have WSS vectors for every point for every timestep, and I need to find OSI (I believe scalars) over the cardiac cycle (0 to T) for every point. I can’t figure out how to calculate the time integrals. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hi,

I think the best way to do this is to realise that a time-integral over the cardiac cycle is equal to the time-average value multiplied by the time interval (T)

In other words, you can just replace those time-integrals with time-average values.

Hope this helps.
