I would like to generate a rectangular mesh or points on the surfaces of flat 3D building models, e.g. every 0.1m. I plan to analyze the results of multiple simulations on these points. Is it possible to generate a set of points in a simple way?

Thanks.

Peter

`Plane` source with adequate resolution should do the trick, but this is one solution of many.

Hello,

thanks for your answer. But I would like to generate points on the model with complex surfaces, i.e.

Could I ask you to recommend me any solution?

thanks

Use “Subdivide” and “ConvertToPointCloud”:
