I am trying to build a visualize website with paraview web visualizer. I want to observe not only the 3D object, but watch other files at the same time, therefore I want to ask is there a way to implant paraview web visualizer into another framework, and present in a same web page at the same time?

Trame is indeed something to look at but otherwise, yes you can do what ever you want with either trame of pvw.
