# How to manage custom filter via python?

I want to have some complex logic and integration with other systems, with my python scripts

How can I manage my C++/VTK plugin from Python?

Hi,

not sure what you mean by “manage” but in Python scripting you can `LoadPlugin` or `LoadPlugins`. See [simple.plugin module](https://gitlab.kitware.com/paraview/paraview/-/blob/master/Wrapping/Python/paraview/simple/plugin.py?ref_type=heads) (note, this module was only “simple” and was splitted recently, unreleased for now)

(also note the need to specify the `ns=globals()` to access your proxies as usual)
