# How to run Paraview

Recently I have downloaded Paraview to my laptop. But, I am unable to run it .Seeking the help to start it. Please help me with the set up procedure.

Please try to download the standard Windows installer (exe file)

By the way, the referenced page is [paraview.org](http://paraview.org), then go to the downloads section.

If you already did this, and ParaView isn’t working, a bit more information than “unable to run” would help. What computers, what graphics hardware, what error messages would come to mind…
