Hi,

Not sure if this is the right place… If so please tell me !

A while ago i’ve seen a [post on LinkedIn about a IFC reader plugin for Paraview](https://lnkd.in/p/eaY-msBn). It would be a very nice addition for building / urban scale studies (CFD / Solar / …), and being able to load a IFC directly to Paraview would be terrific for nice renderings !

However, looking into it, it seems to be a LidarView plugin, but in any case I couldn’t figure out how to make it work either in LidarView or Paraview.

Does it it need to be compiled, or do i need to compile Paraview (or LidarView) with it or with some tags ?

Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated !!

Regards,
Mateusz B.

If I’m not mistaken this plugin requires you to build ParaView and then the plugin to be able to use it.
