# issue with bounding ruler major/medium/minor axis with cube

Hello,  
I got a unsuspected behavior while using the aligned axis in paraview. this is a special case and i think the issue is coming from the eigen values as it can be problematic with ‘cubic’ data.  
in any case:  
if i use transform 45° in Y over a cube, and apply the 3 bounding rulers for the aligned axis, i am getting this: (orange: Major axis, blue: medium, green minor)

as it can be seen, the axis are strangelly aligned with the XYZ axis (which should not be the case) and the Major axis is the smallest one.

if one changes a dimension to get a ‘non cubic’ data the behavior goes back to normal, so, most probably i was right and is an issue with eigen values.
