# Lightning depends on view angle? Rendering in Paraview

Im not sure if this is intended or not but apparently the view angle affects the lightning and shadows.

Im rendering with the OSPRay pathtracer and with PBR Lightning

I didnt change anything in the settings. Just the angle (picture above). The lightning is totally different.  
Ist there a way to have a fixed light source?

I tried to find information about the rendering engine in the manuel but couldnt find it. Ist there a handbook especially for rendering in paraview available?

This is expected with the default light kit. You should change the light kit to a static light in the LightInspector DockWidget.

So i uncheck the light kit and define a new light source?
