# Missed data while open Paraview

I have problem running paraFoam. First it doesn’t work and I have to use “paraFoam -builtin”.

Second, when I run paraview, cell array is empty! While, it should show U, P, Alpha, etc…  
What’s the problem? Can you please advise a solution?

paraFOAM is not developped nor maintained by Kitware or the ParaView team.

That being said, you should be able to use ParaView instead of paraFOAM for most usescase.  
Please download the last version of ParaView here and try with it.
