# Need help with creating reader plugin

I was wondering if could help with starting to create a framework for an hdf file reader  
I been using this documentation:  
[util.vtkAlgorithm Module — ParaView/Python 5.11.0-871-gc6c68e9e48 documentation (kitware.github.io)](https://kitware.github.io/paraview-docs/latest/python/paraview.util.vtkAlgorithm.html)

But I have not been able to compile even the example on windows.
