Hi,

I’m using the Lattice Boltzmann method to simulate blood flow. Here’s the flow channel I’d like to create.

However, after the simulation, I get something like this.
 ![image](https://discourse.paraview.org/uploads/default/original/2X/6/6f28b011315fc0c86b30ab8cfbf27c27d9668dc2.png)
It has an unwanted boundary. Could you please assist me in removing them? Thanks!

Can you please give more information? What is your simulation platform & what is the mesh file format?

I use the High-Performance Computing (HPC).
This is my job script;
“#!/bin/bash -l
#PBS -N pipeflow
#PBS -l walltime=24:00:00
#PBS -l select=1:ncpus=8:mpiprocs=8:mem=32GB
#PBS -j oe”
Results are written as .xmf files

Thank you!

Sorry, unable to help you! I thought it might be “openFoam” software platform, which it is not.
