# No apply button when opening xdmf file

Hi everyone!
I am using Paraview 5.10 on Mac OS and try to open an XDMF file, but there is no apply button! I also checked the autoapply in the settings and it is off!
I reinstalled Paraview, it worked for a while and then again stopped working by not showing any apply button. I have tried so far three different versions; 5.10, 5.11 and 5.12 all had the same issue after a while!
I would very much appreciate your input!

you problably closed the properties panels.
Check `View -> Properties`
In any case you can reset your settings `Edit -> Settings -> Restore Defaults`
