# Only Half of the molecule is appears

Thanks for contacting me.
I am using ParaView for visualizing some chemical compounds via VTK file (see attachment). However, only half of the image appears, not the full image.

Only “half” the image appears because only your data only contains half. Here is a screenshot of contours from your data along with a box showing the bounds of the data.
You will have to ask whoever generated this data why it only contains half of the domain.
I don’t know much about molecular simulations, but perhaps it is possible that the molecule has reflective symmetry, so only half is simulated/saved. In that case, you can use the `Reflect` filter to duplicate the contours for the missing part.

The issue is solve thanks. Is it possible for each of the value has its own color since as you can see there are more than 8 values have a red color.

Does the `Connectivity` filter do what you want?
