Is it possible to change a whole scene origin?

Not sure what you mean. You can either :

- Apply a transform filter on a source, you could first group all the source in the scene to transform multiple source

- Transform the representation of a source, you could first group all the source in the scene to transform multiple source’s representations

- Move the rotation center of a View

Does anything here sounds like what you are trying to do ?
