# ParaView 5.12.1 released and available for download

On behalf of the ParaView development team, I am pleased to announce that ParaView 5.12.1 has been released and is now available for [download](https://www.paraview.org/download). This is a bug fix release. Please see the [full release notes](https://www.kitware.com/paraview-5-12-1-release-notes/) for more details.

ParaView’s [git repository](https://gitlab.kitware.com/paraview/paraview) and [superbuild](https://gitlab.kitware.com/paraview/paraview-superbuild) repository have been tagged with v5.12.1 and the Spack package manager has been updated for this new release.
