The ParaView team is thrilled to announce the release of ParaView 6.0.0 Release Candidate 1. Download it now from [www.paraview.org/download](http://www.paraview.org/download).

ParaView’s [repository](https://gitlab.kitware.com/paraview/paraview) has been tagged with “v6.0.0-RC1” and the [ParaView superbuild](https://gitlab.kitware.com/paraview/paraview-superbuild) repository will soon be tagged with the same.

Release notes are still being assembled.
