# Paraview and eGPUS on macOS 10.14

Hello all,  
I was wondering if the mac version of Paraview supports use of external gpu acceleration (eGPU) in macOS 10.14. The setup would be a Mac mini and a Blackmagic eGPU (Radeon pro 580).

I have not been able to find much online as far as whether or not this type of configuration is supported, and I am wanting some verification before I buy these components. Thanks ahead of time.

I have a MacBookPro with macOS 10.13.6 and an SONNET eGPU and ParaView is picking up the eGPU just fine.
