I have tested 5.9RC3, fixed:) Thanks for your reply!

Could you please tell me which merge requests or issues fix this bug? I may try to pick these changes to my local repo. In fact I am using v5.7 and waitting to upgrade paraview for non-ascii filename reading issue fixed ([here](https://discourse.paraview.org/t/how-can-i-read-non-ascii-filenames-from-pvpython/3121/15)).
