# paraview for postprocessing data from Openfoam to calculate torque

hello everyone, i am just new here using Openfoam and Paraview. i use putty client on my window for using openfoam and paraview 4.1.0. i want a suggestion regarding post processing my openfoam data through paraview. i calculated force and moment in Openfoam. now i have to post-process the data through Paraview. can anybody suggest me the better option, the methods i should apply for the solution.
