Is there any example available to understand how to write the ghost cells for the individual vtu files that are linked by the pvtu file?
I have successfully written from a CFD code the vtu and pvtu files (without ghost). So I want to ensure that there are not steps in the visualisation when I want to display the contours/cell data to point data etc.

Well if you load the pvtu file (which is a collection of vtu files), run the ghost cells filter, and then save the result again as a pvtu, each vtu will have the correct ghost cells marked. If you want to extract the ghost cells, there is also a filter for that.
