I am working on a project to visualize the vessel structure of a heart from tiff files of microCT data. We are trying to exclude the large ventricles from the visualization, but the segmentation process has been difficult. Is there a direct way to exclude data from the visualization based on volume size? Or another way to directly segment within paraview?

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Best,
Amber

Amber, for image segmentation, I recommend [3D Slicer](https://www.slicer.org/). It is built on the same VTK visualization base as ParaView, but it has tools specifically for segmentation.
