# Some results cause PV to crash or hang

Hello,
I am investigating results gathered through Ansys Fluent in Paraview. I am having some trouble with certain cases where Paraview either crashes when I try to open it, or just seems to load forever.
I am using the Ensight Gold format. For most cases, there are no issues, but I am not sure why for others it causes Paraview to crash. There are minimal geometry changes between the cases.
I cannot share the results because they are sensitive. I have tried different formats like CGNS with no change in behavior. Is there somewhere I can check for an error log? Would anyone have any tips I can do to try and fix this, or any export settings I can try?

Is there a way to share data without having it available to everyone to access?

I think the main problem is importing the .geo of the Encase Gold results. If I edit the file to exclude all of the scalar exports, it still crashes.
I am trying to find a way to generate an error log to get more info, but I am struggling to find a way to do that.

Turns out the problem was transferring the files through the cloud. Somehow the data was being corrupted in the process. I transferred them manually and the data is behaving as expected now.
