Is there a simple way to fix the size of the 2D-slice axis box x \in (-1.5, 1.5) and ditto for y? Cf. pictures attached.

My mesh is moving (size changes with t), so the axis grid automatically adjusts to its size on the current time t. I want the grid to be static.

On the pictures attached I exported a full “static” grid (independent of t), created an axis grid for its slice, and then made this layer (of the full grid) transparent.
I wonder if there’s a simpler way of achieving the same effect.
