# Status of Catalyst V2 Python API

It doesn’t look like the Catalyst V2 (i.e. the generic interface using Conduit) has a Python API. Am I incorrect about this? If there isn’t a Catalyst V2 Python API yet then what is the status of creating one?

Andy, that’s correct, there is no Python API for Catalyst 2 at the moment. Currently we don’t have any development scheduled to my knowledge.
