I achieved smooth, continuous animations using the Iso Volume filter, but as I increase the number of streamlines it starts to slow down noticeably. The Threshold filter is much faster, yet the result is choppy and exhibits strange jumps. Applying the Clip filter by scalar ends up being just as slow as Iso Volume.

Do you know any tricks to speed this up? Maybe resampling or interpolating the stream tracer could help.

I ended up reducing the steamlines (tracer source surface export\>blender\>decimate&Qremeshify+some manual work\>back to paraview).
I was wrong, Clip filter is faster than Iso Volume.
