# surface LIC unsteady problems

Hi,

I am using surface LIC to visualize the streamlines of the fluid in an unsteady problem, and I am wondering if that is correct or if surface LIC represent the streamlines only at steady conditions…

Is it ok use surface lic for unsteady problems??
