# Unexpected exit when opening .xdmf files

Hello ParaView Community,

I’m experiencing an issue where ParaView crashes whenever I attempt to open an XDMF file.

Here are the files：

You need to provide access to the files.

Sorry, I didn’t notice the setting of access permissions. Now I have set it up.

So I confirm that your file cannot be open in ParaView but I’m not sure if this is an issue in your file or in the readers.

The XDMF3 reader tells the following:

```auto
/home/glow/data/tmp/density.xdmf:527489: parser error : xmlSAX2Characters: huge text node
5.108009250143061e+16
          ^
/home/glow/data/tmp/density.xdmf:527489: parser error : Extra content at the end of the document
4.50680774933881e+18

```

You’ll need to try with working file and figure out the difference.
