I see the following formats in Paraview 5.9.1 and would like to find out more about them.

- vth: vtkHierachicalBox: AMR format
- vtpc: vtkPartitionedCollection: Replacement for multiblock
- vtpd: vtkPartitionedDataSet: Replacement for multipiece
