# Wall Y Plus (Y+) Filter

Hello everybody,

I am complete new to Paraview and I was searching the software and this forum for any hints regarding the visualization of the dimensionless wall distance Y+ within Paraview. However, I did not find anything? Is there a way to calculate/filter this variable from a CFD solution? I can only find “Wall Distance” which is the actual distance from the wall. Maybe I am just blind? 🙂
