# What is the difference between paraview and vtk python wrappings?

The code that is wrapped. Both use VTK’s wrapping infrastructure to provide Python bindings. Or do you have specific modules in mind?

From an end user point of view, we also make distinction between `paraview scripting` and `vtk python`. First is about replacing GUI with python (so no actual data here), second is about writing down algorithm
