# "You can download the datasets from paraview.org"

Your installation doesn't have datasets to load the example visualizations. You can manually download the datasets from paraview.org and then place them under the following path for examples to work:

'/examples'

I got that after trying to click on one of these examples:

After giving up googling `"examples" site:paraview.org` I decided in a bit of desperation downloading `ParaViewTestingDataFiles-v5.13.1.tar.gz` which took a while but there is nothing in there that would lead me to believe it belongs under the `/examples` directory.
