We do have nightlies for Windows. They are actually shown in the screenshot provided by @JIERSHAO.
@JIERSHAO please download a nightly build that appears in the “ParaView” section rather than the release candidate your choose. For example,
ParaView-5.13.20250516-MPI-Windows-Python3.12-msvc2017-AMD64.zip.
The last windows generated nightlies are from may 16. Probably the branching point ?
How is it May 29 already? Indeed, Windows builds are failing, so these are older nightly versions.
