when i try to open paraview i am getting like this could u help me

You should install msmpi or use the non-mpi version of ParaView as documented here:
https://www.paraview.org/download/

Full suite of ParaView tools, including the ParaView GUI client, pvpython, pvserver, and pvbatch. Versions with MPI in the name require MS-MPI.
