3D Contour Plot with techplot data file

Dear All,
I want to plot a 3D contour. The datafile I have is the .dat file. It has zones data with XYZC points, there are 36 zones.

VARIABLES=“X”,“Y”,“Z”,“W”

I have attached the sample data file with 2 zones and also the plot that should be generated with this data which I got from Tecplot.

can somebody please help to plot this in Paraview software?

I do not see the data from your screenshot though.
