3D segmentation and volume quantification

Hi,

I am new user and I have a stack of TIFF images generated by neutron computed tomography.
I wonder if I can segment and label different components of the 3D structure and further quantify the vloume of them separately with ParaView.

Please share your data, you also want to take a look at slicer I think: https://www.slicer.org/
