Adding Elevation data

I have a series of drill holes in WGS84 z18s coordinates and I want to add a digital elevation surface to the view. What is the best way to add and what file format does the dem need to be? I am a new user of Paraview.

I need to get the data in first. I have converted the grid to a csv file and imported as points. I now need to make a surface.
