I can see a pile of documents on building Catalyst and also Catalyst development APIs. But, I wonder if there is any online information about deployment (e.g. with/without pvserver) and running (e.g. with/without mpi, using ParaView GUI/web) of a catalyst-enabled simulations? Actually, there are lots of Q/A on the mailing lists for specific issues, but I cannot find any documents for a clear procedure of deployment/configuration/running and also the common issues.
