Below is a STEP file of a knuckle geometry. Here’s what it looks like rendered in Coreform Cubit:
And here’s what it looks like in ParaView if I Read Wire and then Extract Cells by Type for surfaces and lines (state file at the bottom).
It looks like the lines terminate prematurely (or start late?) and some curves don’t even exist at all.
