Calculating flow rate form surface generated from clip filter

I created a new annular cylinder region using a series of clip filters to extract data in the flow field. The main goal is to separate the annular cylinder into smaller elements and then evaluate the flow rate going through (using the velocity component that is normal to the wanted surface) every four surfaces from each element. For example, using radial velocity for the curved surfaces and tangential velocity for the flat surfaces. Is this possible in Paraview?
