Can I know why the plugin is not built during the Paraview build process?

When using the site method above on Ubuntu, some plugins in Paraview do not build.
what’s the problem?

The currently used Ubuntu uses 22.04LTS.

Per https://gitlab.kitware.com/paraview/paraview/blob/master/Documentation/dev/build.md#plugin-settings, you’ll need to set PARAVIEW_PLUGIN_ENABLE_<name> to ON to enable individual plugins. Check those settings first.

My custom plugin still is not build this way
