can not open in paraview

does anyone could help me?
i make new grid 100x100x1
i create by using excel to define consist of 10000 cell and 20402 node and connectivity.
but i got problem to visualize in paraview

Hi, I have the very same problemvtk_snaps_0.vtu (1.6 KB) did you fix it?

@Vaya_Putra : Please try with a newer version of ParaView. ParaView 5.4.1 is old in ParaView time.

@cesarhndz : your dataset does not contains any cells. Your issue is unrelated. Please open a new topic if you want ot discuss further.
